What if my items are lost or damaged?

Should you receive goods damaged in transit, immediately contact Bass-Mollett for instructions.

UPS - We will issue a UPS call tag for return.

PARCEL POST INSURED - Claim to originate with your local post office.

TRUCK or MOTOR FREIGHT - Do not sign delivery receipt under any circumstances without notification if there is any damage or carton shortage. Doing so will invalidate your claim with the carrier.

In the event of concealed damage, leave cartons intact; call carrier at once for inspection. Only 15 days are allowed by carrier to request inspection. PLEASE REMEMBER . . . carriers contend that your signature on a freight bill acknowledges your satisfaction with shipment as received and invalidates any right to make claim.
